Personally my experience was horrible i usually rent a car from enterprise every other weekend the one i usually goto is pico rivera but they were all booked up so i decided to come to this one first off to start greetings was minimal to none im use to enterprise feeling like a extended family because i have only had great experiences until this one at this location they dont treat you like a extended family and it just feels like they're taking you for your money and you can tell hoe careless they are to the customers the manager was standing right in front of me texting and no it wasnt a single text she had a full conversation that was a couple mins matter a fact she didnt even end up helping me she asked one of her employees and when i asked him who the manager was cause i was about to let them know hey i wasnt getting helped because you had a employee texting sure enough he told me she was the manager goto a different enterprise you will get treated better and get treated like you matter

Any time I need to rent a vehicle I come here. Customer service is awesome, selections have always be great. Never had any problems with the rental vehicle, and the price for rental cars are very reasonable. I will be renting another vehicle in mid November!

The people on this location where very friendly specially Nicole ! the service was amazing. Just one thing I will say is I recommend to put glass cleaner instead of water because when taking pictures the glass will not get clean because it was only water. Service amazing tho..
