Shelley fried my hair by leaving color for highlights in for an hour. When I asked her to please wash it out, she said, "it shouldn't be a problem" because she was working with another client. Over a year later, I am still growing out the damage done by her lack of skill. She needs much more training and the desire to do no harm to clients if she stays in the business. What a waste of my hard earned money and time. My experience was completely disappointing and I live with that disappointment daily until I can grow my hair and have the burned hair cut out completely. Unfortunately, with hair, it takes over 2 years.

I have been going to see Gwen since moving to Monterey in 2000 and am so glad to have found her. Her manicures & pedicures are exquisite and her techniques are spot-on. I don't ever have to worry about nail infections or acrylic dust as she only practices natural nails. In addition, Gwen is personable & fun to talk to and I always look forward to my next appointment with her.
