I made an appointment for Friday afternoon for my Shih-tzu. She called later in the afternoon and said she was running behind and that I would have to pick her up and bring her back the next day to finish. I had no choice because she was only half done. When I picked her up the next day she looked just like she had when I took her in "half finished"! And she charged an extra $20.00 (total of $80.00) because she said I brought her in twice?????? Never again!
