BUYER BEWARE! Defective product, horrible customer service. They won't return my phone calls. Please.... please.... read all reviews before using this company. There are a bunch of them and I wish I had. Could have saved me much headaches!

PLease, please before doing business with Jumpions make sure you read reviews, go to California BBB. This company sucks, their service sucks, they don't deliver items on time, they promise refunds, credit and eventhough they send an invoice they never give or do what they agreed to do. Sales representives are a joke, they promise everything so you can buy from them. I had a horrible experience with them . I spent $6,700 they were suppossed to give a credit $648.00 because the units were not delivered the date they said. I tried to contact them by email, phone and they just do not answer. They already my phone # so they avoid answering. Haven't gotten the credit and I doubt I will get it. All can tell is that they ARE A PAIN IN THE NECK. They just rip consumers off!!!!!!!! From now on I will make sure I read the companies reviews. Honestly I would not like to have another bad experiencie..... I had enough with JUMPIONs.....They sucK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company is horrible, representatives offer things to compete with other companies, but do not really provide the service. Make sure if you buy from them everything they offer is in written and in a company original document ...NOT EMAILS!!!! Employees come and go, and offer you things just to close a deal, but apparently after shipment and you contact them, someone else tells you that they no longer work there and that they can not comply with the offers the representative made. BEWARE of scammers, they just want your money but do not really care to have satisfied customers. In other words after paying over $10,000 if you receive a shipment with the wrong product, accessories, wrong warranty disclosure....they will do nothing about it...they can understand their own invoices, but you can't....so when you call, they just sent that on the invoice they have the correct product. Their quality is good...not the best, so if you find a company that is not much of a difference in price, but provides a better product quality, a good warranty and great customer service, please choose them over JUMPIONS!!!!! Headaches are not worth it!!!!
