Avoid this realtor at all costs. We rented a house from them but once we signed the lease and paid our money in full, we had extreme difficulty getting in touch with them. We rented for a week but couldn't get the key from the realtor until we were 24 hours into our lease period. The house had not been cleaned, there was a full garbage can in the house and the grass and weeds in the yard were waist high. We called Lynn Stubblefield, Cliffside's owner and the realtor who rented to us, but she would not return our calls nor did she at any time after our stay offer to compensate us for the missed day on our lease and the unsatisfactory condition of the house.
