BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION. Mr. Rooter of White Hall (Joel was my condescending contact) who was not helpful at all and generally very rude. ZERO customer service was provided me. I had a service call--$24.00 fuel fee to go less than 4 miles. Turns out NO WORK WAS NEEDED, yet an additional charge of $190.00. No parts were needed, no tools were needed, nothing, just a simple removal of a washer. Did I mentioned the customer was a young woman, who I believe was taken advantage of? You tell me. I would say this is very unethical. You should avoid this business, don't get sucked in by the $25.00 fee. In My Opinion.
