worst service ever!!! it took them several days to service a brand new unit that they install and it broke again a couple of days later, I have been waiting for 7 days and still can get them to check the unit again even though they service is "30 days guarantee". My family and have gone to a mayor heat wave and this people don not have even the decency to set an appointment.

Do not use. They would not service my system because they said I was 2 months out of my 1 year warranty. Its a/c, how do I know its working properly until a year. I do not use my a/c all Winter! Meanwhile it was a brand new system they installed. They do not stand behind their work!
