STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ! I made a reservation and found out my husband had made a reservation elsewhere. I called to cancel. It was less than 15 minutes after I made the reservation. I was told I could cancel BUT my card would be charged. THEN Double Tree was free to Take My Money AND rent the room to some one else and DOUBLE DIP at the Double Tree ! When I contacted my Credit Card company to dispute the charge, it has not even posted to my account .... So it was still in the hands of Double Tree and if they wanted to they could push the necessary button to cancel my reservation and NOT charge my card. ANGRY GRANDMA !!!!!!!!!
