I recently purchased a gown there in September 2010. The individual on the telephone when I called was unfriendly and seemed annoyed that I did not know exactly what I was calling for. When I went in to get sized the employees seemed more interested in talking amoungst themselves. When I tried on my dress I came out of the dressing room to see that the girl assisting me was gone. I had no idea what I was to do next. Overall the atmosphere did not seem friendly. I seemed more like a pain to them then a customer.
