They're likely to rip you off ...

They're likely to rip you off and not solve your problem. Owner is not very knowledgeable, does not guarantee his work. He charged us $300, failed to correct the problem we hired him to correct, and then suggested that I as a homeowner (not a licensed electrician) mess with live 200A service wires myself.
