http://www.monroefloral.com/ is a great website and there shop is a very nice store in old town Monroe. I have purchased flowers online and in their store and always found their designs beautiful. I highly recommend this florist and their courteous staff.

Provided by YP.comhttp://www.monroefloral.com is a great website with true pricing no hidden costs like on 1800flowers or other sites that under price their bouquets then add secret costs you don't know about till you get your bill. I have sent flowers and ordered some of their gifts delivered by fed ex both for delivery in Monroe & Snohomish and in other states always with
satisfied results from my friends and family who have received them. Try their site or call them the ladies at Monroe Floral are all very helpful.

Provided by YP.comWe have friends in Australia that give a beautiful basket for Christmas. This year Monroe Floral was given the order. First, it was not made, after several phone calls they gave a poor excuse for not delivering. Then it is full of fruit which the order says "NO Fruit"!! They spent over one hundred dollars for a basket of fruit from Fred Meyer, with very little of what they ordered!!!!
We will be telling our friends not to use this company again!! Great Disappointment!!
I saw this review and was concerned. We did 14 gourmet & fruit baskets during the month of December. So this is not too hard to track. None were from a customer in Australia. $100.00 in is an awful lot of fruit...When we send a staff member to the store to be a personal shopper they follow the order specifically. If the order said no fruit then there wouldn���t be any fruit. As a recipient you only receive the card message and the ordered product not a copy of the order from the customer when you receive your order. We do not make excuses for deliveries, we have a mapping system on our computer and our drivers have extensive experience if a customer was not home and the product cannot be left at the residence they leave a door tag and a phone message asking for the best time to return. We are sorry you had a bad experience but this order wasn���t from our shop.
