Provided by YPmobileI was with American Family Insurance for about six years. I moved to Montana and discontinued my insurance, they sent me a check for $5.49 then in about three months they sent me a bill for &64.95 after the fact I called stopped my insurance in a timely matter and on top of that they sent me to a collection agent in Newton Ohio.
