I didn't know what to expect with my first visit at NovaCare but it turned into an experience I never anticipated. Lauren Gilley, PT was assigned to evaluating and prescribing the exercises that I need to eliminate the pain and tight muscles from my (2) lumbar fusion surgeries. After four visits and a special procedure using needles It was the first time in years I hadn't experienced lower back pain. I don't know how long I'll be able to continue this therapy but it works and I am very happy with the results. Lauren has done a great job of providing me with additional stretching exercises which I will continue going forward. I greatly appreciate the therapy Lauren has provided me and the friendliness exhibited by all at NovaCare.
