Today my family and I decided it would be a wonderful for apple picking. After leaving we had noticed a flat tire. We called AAA and our closest options as monroe automotive. The wait was just about 45 mins which from what I understand is relatively reasonable amount of time. Joe arrived and immediately searched for our spare tire which we could not find and even if we did we wouldn't have the slightest clue as to how to take the spare out or put the donut on. Joe finished setting up the van with a donut in about 25mins. After he went out of his way to drive us to walmart on his own time. Walmart had the make of tire and now were headed home. Fantastic. Thank you Joe! Highly recommend Monroe Automotive.

THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR WORK THAT DID NOT NEED TO BE DONE WITHOUT YOUR AUTHORIZATION, AND...AND...WHEN YOU COMPLAIN THEY WILL DEMAND CASH....AND..AND, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A STORAGE FEE OF $60/DAY FOR EVERY DAY YOUR CAR IS THERE, EVEN IF THEY CAUSED THE DELAY....I COULD GO ON AND ON, BUT REMEMBER...
