Tim is an expert in nail bonding law. The only time he locks bonds up is if they CONTINUE to violate their bonding contract. If you cannot fulfill your obligations, what do you expect; especially when he has tried to work with you. Even if you go to court, you are still expected to pay.

We've been dealing with Mr Mathis for many years for different circumstances. He's always done as promised. Gives advice prior to making the bond. This man lays it on the line for you, gives you the advice you need without sugar coating it and follows through on requests be it good or bad. As for all the mistakes a you all want to talk about we all do it. I will continue to use Mr Mathis as well as refer him. As for now I wish him nothing but the best. Better days are around just take it one day at a time.

My boyfriend tried to pay for his bond but Mr. Mathis would not answer any of his calls. And went off my boyfriends bond. DO NOT recommend this bondsman.

Tim Mathis is a crook and a con man. He tried to have me arrested on the way into court! he then went off my bond AFTER I went to court! He then called my mother and lied to her trying to get her to sign over her house to him! I will be suing him and trying to get his license pulled.
