Love love love this rental location. Great team of people working here and your satisfaction is their goal. Ramano is exceptional! Always very pleasant to deal. I will always use only this location when needed a vehicle. Thanks for providing great customer service team Monroe!!!!!

This office really needs to work on their customer service. I had two different reps tell me that they would call me back on different concerns and two different dates and neither one did. It took me calling them back on both occasions.
