The customer service was HORRIBLE. We graciously bought a large portable building to be delivered to our home. Upon delivery, the man was incredibly rude and grouchy. He told us he would not and could not move the portable building to its designated spot. My uncle drives an 18-wheeler into the spot on a weekly basis; it is not impossible to back a short trailer into an open area. We will not be using them again!
