Terrible service form a very rude and poorly informed group,specifically Joy. They advertise prices, then charge a different price. They charge money for services they don't provide. If you want to be ripped off and treated poorly...do business with them.

I have had the privilege of working with Ron of Peach State Disposal and his team as they acquired another Refuse trucks for their operation,

Reviews are typically written in regards to service but I wanted to highlight the person behind the service and thank Ron for his Business and buying a truck that is almost 3,000 Miles away! I have been with Peach State for over 9 years. Over that time they have forgotten our trash a few times but always came to pick it up when called. In those nine years they have never picked up before 11am and for over the last two years it has been well after noon. This week they came "flying" through (according to a neighbor) at 6:30am. There are no less than three families in our small subdivision who put our trash out by 8:30am (Most by 7am) and our pick up was missed. When we called we were told it is our fault for not having it out the night before. We forgave you when you just forgot us, but you can't accept the fact that in nine years you've never come through that early? Your driver had to know there was an issue when half his route wasn't at the street! Fine, I understand that is on your website, however in over nine years they have NEVER come before 11am. We've forgiven our legitimate pick ups, but they say, sorry but you're outta luck. What customer service. Two of the homeowners have called to switch service and I am doing the same. It's a shame they don't care about their customers. We pay for a service that they did not provide. Yes, it wasn't out the night before, but they have always been later picking up. We have tons of wildlife in our subdivision. I put ours out the morning of knowing it'll be sitting there till after noon. Yep, at least three customers lost this week. Keep up the poor customer service and see where that leads you. Disappointed. Signed a ten year customer lost today.

Staff Joy and Jennifer are ok once you are a client and paying your money. However, once you decide to move to another provider they are very rude and their so called 'good service' goes out the window. I cancelled with them September 28th and they still have not picked up their trash can (10/7). I live in a subdivision that has rules against the trash can being on the curb for multiple days. It is an inconvenience to keep rolling it back and forth. I have called the office 5 times since 9/30 and I keep being given dates for pickup and it still has not happened. I was even hung up on. 'good service,' right? Their 'good service' should extend beyond.... they have certainly burnt this bridge.

Good dependable company. As with any disposal company there are things here and there that happen.... Maybe they knocked my trash can over, maybe they were running behind.... But they always make it right. I would rather deal with a local family run company versus a corporate company that will get bought and sold over and over. My bill has gone up eighty cent in 6 years. I see a couple of other reviews that says their bill went up and up... I think they have mistaken this company with another one. They have always done right by us.

This company does a wonderful job for us.
