This guy called me for a quote telling me he had a 1 story house and asking for a quote over the phone. I gave him a quote but told him it could change if he was inaccurate about the dimensions. We drove 30 miles to the jobsite with our machines ready to go. Upon our arrival we realized what he was calling a 1 story was in fact a two story. I offered to drive 30 miles back to pick up my 100 foot extension ladder but he decided since I Didnt bring it to the job in the first place he didnt want our services. Plus he wanted to pay less for the job than what it was worth. He cost us time and money by lying to us to get a better quote.
