Pros: 1. I was 1st impressed w/the prices, but

2. I am also impressed w/the service. My TV was larger than what my car could fit. The owner, brought the TV all the way to my house (I'm on the other end of the state).

3. He also made himself available via phone for my various questions both before and *after* the sale! Thank you John!

Cons: Return policy not completely clear, so you might want to clarify before making a really big purchase, or you might be stuck with it or having to dispute the charge and going through a lot of aggravation.

Overall: Exceptional company and I hope to refer him people in the future, or at least continue to use him for my audio and video needs for years to come.
