One star for the fact they showed up, installed carpet and were paid. Carpet started to get buckles in it shortly after it was installed. Called them and they said they would be out to see it. They never showed. Have been calling them well over a year and keep getting told someone will be here. Last time spoke directly to the senior owner who said he would come out himself and weeks later I am still waiting. Meanwhile, the carpet now has waves in it. I am 87 yrs old and afraid I will trip when I walk. I think I need to contact the newspaper and news station to see if someone will help me get this carpet fixed. It is awful to be treated like this. I would never recommend this business to anyone. I wish I had done business elsewhere.
