They are all business.They gave me an immediate, accurate quote over the telephone. They told me the day that they would come to my home to replace my windshield. The morning of that day, the technician called, and told me when he would arrive. He arrived on time, and was courteous and professional. He quickly replaced my windshield. It was perfect when he finished. He processed my credit card on my front porch, and emailed my receipt directly to my email. I would recommend this company to my family members, in fact, I will.

I called this company for a quote for a windshield replacement and this rude woman answered the phone with "auto glass", first of all, didn't even say the name of the company which I think is very unprofessional, and second of all, before finding out what I was calling about, just said "Auto glass please hold" and the put me on hold. Didn't say anything about if I minded to hold, nothing about "Hi this is precision auto glass, can you please hold?" And then wait for me to answer yes or no, So hesitantly I stayed on the line, if only to complain, but then after 2 minutes, I just hung up. I'm not going to have my time and money put into a company that is so rude. I expect this when I call a doctors office (I am a nurse) but not from a customer service company......
