I do NOT recommend this place for service. I was a potential NEW customer until this morning.
I had an appointment for an oil change this morning. I arrived on time and waited for 30 minutes before Robert told me that they are really busy today and it would be at least 2 hours for my car to be serviced.
My scheduled in advance appointment meant absolutely nothing.
He told me he booked appointments but his boss also booked appointments. Geez - such a difficult task to coordinate scheduling into ONE appointment calendar.

Seriously??!!!! This is how you treat a new customer or any customer for that matter.
I would have been a good returning customer. I also will need to buy new tires for both of my cars soon. I will NOT buy them from such a unorganized inconsiderate company.

Priced Tires on the web and from several local tire shops. They had the best price and checked my tire alignment for free! Quick service too! Thx!

Big G had the best deal on the tires for my Mustang. The even beat tire rack! They also did an alignment, also great job! Would recommend to a friend.

Thanks for doing a great job! I had my Ford at a local body shop/repair shop in town, they replaced my rear brakes. I had lots of noise after the repair so i took it to Big G Tire for a second opinion. The rotors where trashed and needed replaced. They fix me up and now its all good! Thanks again for all your help!

BEWARE!!!! I was warned by many people to stay away from Big G Tire, but like a fool, I did not listen!!! I took my vehicle in for new tires and a tune-up and they told me I needed new brakes. If it were not for the cost of the new tires I would have fallen for their scam and had them install new brakes. I took the same vehicle to another shop one week later and he SHOWED me where the brakes were good and all the car needed was brake fluid!! COMPLETE CON ARTISTS. On top of that, they lost one of my lug nuts and DID NOT TELL ME. WAIT, it gets better. When they changed my oil, they forgot to replace a spring that holds the oil filter down!!! I only found out after yet another shop noticed their screw up!!! I feel like a sucker leaving them one star because they don't deserve any!!! STAY AWAY FROM BIG G!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND SCREW YOUR CAR UP!!!!! There are PLENTY of other places to give your hard earned money to!!!

Be very careful! They Quoted me a price on the phone of $133.00 each, for tires! "out the door!" He said, Stems, balanced, taxes, everything included! when I got the bill the tires are $133.99, there is a $4.00 state trans tx fee, $8.00 fee to scrape the tires, and a $39.56 labor fee! Thats a additional $55.52 in charges! When I questioned the labor fee, he offerd to return $20.00 of that! I feel like he stole $55.52 out of my pocket and offered to pay me 20 bucks of my own money to shut up! Also took 3 hours for 4 tires a oil change and front end alignment. Called him to complain when I got home and he told me if he would return that money he wouldn't make any money himself! ended up telling him to stick the lousy 50 bucks, and I would not be a repeat customer!
