Mr. Powell, is very professional including the secretary staff. Anyone with troubles and need guidance should deal with this department who are trained. Despite the misfortune of one office for greed, the whole department should not be bear his failure. We loved him but hated what he done to the department and hope he will be able to return to good standing one day. SYLVIA H.
