My sick mother and I hired Waren to replace flooring and a list of other things including a shower insert attached to the wall (there's a 2cm gap exposed because there is no finish to hide where the insert ends). At first Waren agreed the job was unfinished. Now he's claiming the intention was never to finish the job but to just do the bare minimum $3000 later. His defense for the poor installation of the shower was by laughing in my face and saying that they are "just a flooring company." Well, most good business men would know their limitations and not allow someone to pay them to install a shower if they are "just a flooring company" and have no real knowledge on how to do the job correctly (the door was installed upside down it seems). The only thing good that he did was rip us off good! He took advantage of my sick mother, lack of time to check behind him, and moms death. email [email protected] to see pics!
