Have been dealing with The Pool Store for over 27 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Jan, her husband Fred, her dad Dick and her mom, Fran, before she passed away. Sometimes you have to wait a while for someone to get back to you, but they always do. It's because they are so busy even with extra help during the swim season. I guess it's like when you go out to eat, if you want good food do you go to the place with people waiting to get in or to the one across the street that looks deserted. We have told friends about this place and even had ones who live past the airport go there because they are so knowledgeable and friendly.

I've had great dealings with people I love when people try to smash businesses with bad reviews even though that they never owned one. They don't have clue. Anyways these people are very helpful and knowledgeable and good. I have a large landscaping business and it makes me mad after reading that negative review . Get a clue your not there only customer and they have a A plus rating like my self with the BBB there good AND BUSY!

Within the last few years I have spent over 10k at this business (new liner /pool heater/etc.) ordered the liner in June, was not finished until middle of August. Installers forgot to cut out one of the jet holes. As a result, I believe it was the reason my underground lines blew out, the owner said no it was because the lines were old. Yeah right. Everytime I have had problems with their products, I have had to wait weeks to just get someone to come look at the problem. I have now been waiting 3 days to get a callback on a broken pipe in the new water heater. I cannot run the filter, the pool is getting worse by the day as I wait for some kind of response from them. My advice for anyone thinking about calling these people, don't, keep looking for someone who will value you as a customer.
