Provided by YP.comBought a phone on Tuesday 9-6-16 in Monaca, PA. Within 4 days the voice is garbled and I cannot be understood by the other person. I took it back to the store and they will not replace even though the website says there is a 7 day warranty. They told me to buy a can of air at Walmart and spray the microphone. Even Cricket Wireless online will not help. The phone is a Kyocera HydroView. Don't shop in Monaca. They have no interest in helping you have a good experience. Both attendants (young men) were very rude. I'm stuck with a plan that I liked but no phone that works properly.
