Dr. Rajiv Mallik received his medical school training at All India Institute of Medical Sciences. He completed his residency at Michael Reese Hospital, Chicago Illinois through the University of Illinois at Chicago. He continued at Michael Reese Hospital and completed his Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship. He completed Fellowship in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology and Advanced Cardiac Electrophysiology at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, Chicago, Illinois after which he practiced as a Cardiac Electrophysiologist with Advocate Medical Group / Midwest Heart Specialists in Rockford, Illinois.
