I was new to iphones and Apple in general. Layne and Bryce at the Southpark Mall in Moline, IL. were very friendly and took the time to explain things to me , which actually saved me money. Because they were willing to take the time to explain things and be helpful, I plan to be a repeat customer. Kudos to Layne and Bryce for excellence in customer service. Just sign me the TALL guy
