Not the worst experience, but close.



I leased these guys on the recommendation of a family member for a special night out with my family. From the first interaction with one of the owners (Mark), I knew I made a mistake. My first phone interaction with this grumpy, unhappy man was enough to bail on them. I should have. He was disinterested in my business, had absolutely NO phone skills. His personality was one of someone who was more interested in calling a suicide hotline than one accepting the business of of a customer. He communicated through his demeanor that he didn't care.one bit about me or my business.



Here is what they gave me for my significant contribution to them: (1) He showed up. On time. (2) He got me downtown and picked us up. He took my credit card number and charged me.



If you are interested in dealing with a limo company whose interest is with pleasing their customers, patronize somewhere else.

Been using this company for years. Always early for our early a.m. trips to Midway Airport. Return trips from airport never a problem. Would highly recommend this company. Very professional and friendly!

I would never recomend this place. They waited till 3 minutes before my wedding to say that they were not coming. And so there me and my new bride sat with no LIMO!!!! You have been WARNED!!!!
