Thank you for the final report on our property in Lathrop. We visited the house over the weekend and were very impressed with how clean the house and yard were left. Credit to RPM Central Valley for recruitment of a tenant who treated the property well and for ensuring the home was left in good shape after tenant move out. Yes, the property needs some serious upgrades, but at least the basic structure is in fine condition. Thanks again for your management services.

This is a wonderful company to rent from. The staff is super courteous and helpful. Maintenance issues ALWAYS get completed as soon as reported Tim the maintenance tech was very friendly and polite.. In the year and half that I have been with them I have
had nothing but a good experience. Frank and his team are awesome.

My wife and I have been renting from RPM Central Valley going on 2 years now and it has been a great experience. Making payments and maintenance requests via the portal is super easy. If you have a maintenance you usually hear from them within 24 hours which is great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent in Central Valley.

I would like to take this opportunity to say that I have been a client of Real Property Management Central Valley since 2007. I own a few properties and I was not satisfied with the rental company I was using. I contacted RPM and met with Abraham.I told him that I was interested in possibly contracting his company to manage my properties.He had met with me and explained in complete detail how his company operates and manages their properties. I hired them to manage one of my properties and after six months I let them manage the other properties I owned. Here are a few of the reasons.RPM gets me the maximum rental income possible. RPM represented me in court with evictions from my prior Management company. They handle all repairs as they arise.. I found their contractors to be more affordable than my contractors. If I ever have an issue they quickly resolve it. My rental income is always deposited on time. My statements are clear easy to read. The Staff at RPM knows me by my first name.. It’s a real pleasure to know that in today’s world there is a company out there that treats you as a person not a number. I’m very satisfied with RPM and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in having a company manage their properties. Let them take away your stress.. I know they took away mine.

Very good service. The rent is reasonable and we have any issue that need to be addressed they do their best to hep us with it. Although it may take a while, in the end they get the job done. And they work with us to resolve any issues.
