I called and specifically asked if they would be able to check the transmission fluid level in my car. After being assured they could I brought the car in for an oil change and once again requested that they be sure and check the trans fluid level. After they completed the oil change and I went to pay I asked about the trans fluid level. They told me they did not check it because there was no low trans fluid code on the instrument panel. So therefore even though I specifically requested them to check it , they did not. Theyre just another big lube company more concerned about money than making customers happy.

I would never go here again. They are rude! They take forever! And are demining. It took them seven days to do a job that should have only take them 6 hours max! They are unfriendly, and screw you on their labor charges!! They are impolite and degrading towards women. They have no understanding on whether or not a part is good. They go off mileage, well mileage isn't everything when it comes to new parts. Some parts can go a lot longer than their mileage states if they are properly taken care of. They made me get new struts on my car which is a $600 expense then tried to tell me I needed a new gasket cover value when it was perfectly fine! I would not trust this Pep Boys location. I have been going to Pep Boys for years now and this location has to be the worst one I have ever stepped foot in!! They are incompetent and unorganized! I knew more about my car and what need to be fixed then they did. This place really needs new management and new mechanics! I will never go there again!! And I recommend no one ever go here again unless they want to get screwed beyond belief!!
