I went to Car Toys Tuesday to get an alarm on my Nissan. The guy working the front counter was very nice. Took my service right away and gave me a good deal. We talked about random stuff for a bit even though he was busy he still took the time to talk to his customer. He even gave me recommendations on window tint since I had to get a small quarter panel glass on my car replaced. Offered me somewhere to sit and something to drink while I waited for the installation to be done. When it was finally done they took me outside and demonstrated how the car alarm worked. I was pleased with the service and told them if I need anything else done with my car i'll be back. If you keep customers happy they'll keep coming back and possibly bring more people to your shop. I'm usually skeptical about giving 5 stars but they gave me 5 star service so they get 5 stars. Good job guys!

We shopped all the car stereo shops on Mchenry. When we found Car Toys, it was easier for us to market and the price was better than ANYONE out there. The staff at Car Toys knows the meaning of good customer service. They actually listen to all of my needs and recommended several options which would work best for me. Issac worked with me and gave me an experience nothing short of fantastic.People can say what they want about Car Toys but they've done good by me. Thanks to Issac, I'll forever feel indebted to them and will stay a loyal customer with them till the end.

This place is Awesome!!! Came by after shopping around and these guys have me a Killer set up!!! I went to a few different places and no one bothered to even show me anything around the store. Came here to car toys and came out Smackin Loud!!!!! Love the new best in my car!! Thank you folks for the work y'all did!!!!! This is the second time I've been here and come out with somethin Awesome!!!!

I went in with my Mercedes and they took care of me with great customer service and a really good price. Installed a touchscreen with navigation and an amplifier. Also super clean work! Thank you car toys! Definitely recommend!

The guys are awesome, they set my son up with a GREAT sound system. Thank you guys for making my son very happy after losing his dad. Hats off to ya! Will go here for any of my stereo needs. Recommend them totally!

Worse customer service ever! My father went in to get an alarm system. They showed him a high end alarm with multiple features but then when they were going to install the alarm they tried putting on a down graded version at same cost!!!! When approaching manager he called my father a liar to his face. We will never take any business there again!
