What a joke. Terrible customer service, arrogant counter people. Check online for way better deals and then go to skips.

I just wanted to buy a sustain pedal for my keyboard. For some reason all the employees were very social mostly amongst each other. I finally found my product and couldn't find a register. I was not acknowledged, greeted, or help whatsoever! Were do they find these employees??? Its like they hired useless, mediocre, stoned musicians who are just there to hangout! despicable!!! They don't even deserve one star but I had no choice.

Your better off buying from an online DJ store. The prices are way to high and you could save more then half logging on to a verity of DJ outlet stores. Plus! I bought some universal fog juice from a fellow who works there named Jeremy who assured me that fog juice is fog juice and will work with any machine. The juice he sold me was for a low lying fog machine which I don’t have. Not only did it ruin my new fogger, the manager could have cared less about me wanting to exchange it. I will buy online from now on even if I have to pay for shipping & handling. There is NO customer service at the guitar center in Modesto CA.
