I was planning on taking my car here but after I found out I was going to be charged $100 to have my car diagnosed even if I had it fixed here I had to take it elsewhere. Most mechanics will wave the diagnostic if you have it fixed there.

The service is great there. Very knowledgeable and profesional. They do excellent work and were pretty fast about getting my vehicle back to me. I tell everyone to go to them. Full service shop and smogs!

WOW, what a great mechanic!!! When my car wouldn't pass smog because the check engine light was on, I tried to save some money and took the car to my regular mechanic. They told me it was the O2 sensor. My husband replaced it and still the light was on. Then my mechanic worked on it for a few hours and said it appeared to be my computer. My husband ordered one and we took it back to Europa to have them install it, but still my light remained on. After spending over $1,000.00 trying to fix this problem, I had Europa do the $90.00 diagnostic. He said he would get to the bottom of it and he did!!! It was a faulty wire which cost me less than $200.00 total to find the problem and fix it. I would have saved over $1,000.00 if I had just had them do the diagnostic in the first place. I will never take my care anywhere else again!!!

I love Marlon and his team at Europa. I've been trusting my vehicles to them for about ten years now, and they have never let me down. I love the fact that I feel completely comfortable trusting them implicitly to not only tell me the truth about what's going on with my car, but also to fix the problem in a timely and cost-effective manner. I referred my parents to them, as well. I love this place and feel so thankful to have found them. A trusted auto repair team is a thing of true beauty...

Called and spoke to lady who told me they could change my battery for $45.00/ 1/2 hour of labor. Took my car in and the mechanic emmediately started giving me attitude and told me it was going to take longer than a 1/2 hour. He then started arguing with the lady up front who was trying to keep the cost at what they had told me it would be. After 1 hour of waiting and their arguing she told me they couldnt do it and I had to take it to the dealer. Europa Motors wasted my time and are very unprofessional, not to mention the mechanic there is very rude. I suggest people do not go there.

Don't understand what the bad review is about its probably another shop jealous of Marlons bussniess and skill... took my car in there and he knew exactly what to do and gave me a good price!!! Saved me a ton of money and now my car runs great!!! Thanks Marlon for your service you have a lifetime customer!!!

i have been going to this shop for about 10 years. they can repair and diagnose anything. i feel that a busy shop is a good shop.if you've never been there, go see it and you'll see why.

I called for an estimate, they said they would call me back. 1 hour later, never received a call back. i called them, the service desk person said that they were really busy and did not "get to getting me an estimate". I asked if there was a possibility i could drop off the car. she said that they might be able to "get to it" in a day or two.



Well I guess they have plenty of business. I recommend finding someone that wants/needs the business
