EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF!! Was in the area and stopped in for a moment to use the bathroom, which I have done several times in the past without incident. This time, however, a woman stopped me and asked what I was doing in the hotel. I said that I was just stopping in for a second and her response was, and I quote, "This place is for rich people, not people like you." NOT how you handle a simple situation! If this is how the lowest members of staff treat their public, I'm afraid to know just how arrogant and rude the rest are. Do yourself a favor and stay in a part of town that isn't crawling with drug addicts and wanna-be pompous staff.
