We had to file a complaint with the state board... find another company for you home improvement needs.

I WOULD RECOMMEND ANOTHER COMPANY! NOT PROFESSIONAL!

We have been waiting over 8 weeks for our cement and patio to be installed. This job was to take at most 7 weeks with cement put in after 4 weeks after the intial purchase. When the cement was finally to be installed ( @ week 7), the workers and manager arrived at the home and never knocked on the door. I found them walking in the backyard! The cement quality is awful! It's not level at all and cement was splashed on our newly painted home! When the workers left, they said nothing and left our gate wide open! ( photos show how uneven it is)

When the owner and manager came to look at the work, they started to scrub our newly painted home with a cement covered broom without asking. My mother was terribly upset and they entered into a verbal altercation with her. We are lucky my brother was around! You don't YELL at your customers! He happily informed us that he is a FIVE STAR rated company and its because "he doesn't deal with customers like her". They also informed us that they are done working with us and will see us in court! That's just unprofessional!

We and our neighbors would not recommend!!!!

Horrible!!! Rude and not friendly!!! I would not recommend them to anyone especially if you get the fat guys driving a white Chevy pick up truck with the license plate # 7C11730!!!! I'd actually give them a negative rating!!!

I placed an order for 10 windows and my patio door to be replaced. Crystal Clears staff was very prompt and professional from start to finish. They gave me a very reasonable price that I just couldn't pass up! They installed the Atrium brand windows and door in my home and I couldn't be more pleased. Knowing that it is a family operated business just made the experience feel more personal. Jerry and his crew did an amazing hob and my home looks beautiful!
