At that time, I had been studying to become a Certified Hypnotherapist and practicing hypnosis for two years, I have seen some great changes in people with the facilitation of good hypnosis. ​ I understand why and how people develop habits, behaviors and beliefs. Habits like smoking, over eating, not exercising and becoming sedentary, even to a point of being atrophied. I use methods that have been proven in scientific studies and they work effectively with clients that want to lose 20 or more pounds. Also, my smoking cessation program has been effective with many people.
