Provided by YP.comI don't think they did a thing besides blow the machine's dust out. The tension was exactly where I left it, and they did not install new needles as requested. They charged a lot, and I really think they did nothing to service my serger. The place was EXTREMELY dirty and unkempt. At first I thought, "Well, maybe they know more about sewing machines than retail or storefronts." My mistake. Very unhappy.
