I recently became a new pool owner without a clue about pool maintenance. I called a competitor who said I needed pool education. That was great! They sent a creepy man to my home, who said he was in a hurry, who taught me about the importance of flow, he taught me how to clean my filters, was at my home an hour, charged me 125 dollars, and forgot to turn my pump back on the timer. In a week, I had a green pool. I went to The Pool Store LLC and they tested my water for free, gave me step by step instructions, carried the supplies I needed and assured me all would fine and they were available to help. Now my pool is clean and sparkling. Yay! I love these folks at The Pool Store LLC. Super nice, helpful and knowledgeable people.
