This business purports to do a beautiful, though not perfect, refinishing of your floor for a low price and without the inconveniences of sanding.



It may be an acceptable alternative for a floor with no blemishes, although the owner could probably do the same thing himself for much less. However, we found it made no change whatsoever in removing or minimalizing any blemishes, whether they be scratches, wear marks, stains, nail holes or anything else.



Unlike the indications of their website, the manager gave no indications of how any of our particular blemishes would fare under their treatment. Had he done so - and honestly - we would not have contracted this service.



While their price for refinishing (or what they call refinishing) is slightly less than area sanders, it is much more than half the price of most companies for this. And their fees for removing rugs and installing molding is much more than the traditional sanding, so their final price ends up being about the same, and given the results, it could only be called a rip-off. We are filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for mis-representation and unacceptable quality.
