I have never written a business review but at this time there is only a 1-star review for this company in which I absolutely disagee with. I have no affiliation with USA Auto besides repeat work done on my car and my husband's truck that we will continue to only bring here! Prices are the best around, friendly service, and the guys have always been up front and helpful with us. Not to mention, never had a problem with any of their work. Thinking maybe there was a back order on the part for the other reviewer...? I recommend them to everyone I know (and don't) when it comes to auto repair :)

This company is very poorly run and rude to boot. My truck sat at their shop for over 2 weeks waiting to get the engine replaced and they still had not started on it. I was told on Feb. 1 that my truck would be cranked by today, Feb. 3, yet they hadn't even removed the old engine. I was then told that it wouldn't be started on til the 4th or 5th. That was the last straw.



I was lied to several times as to when they were going to start and when they were going to finish. When politely asked about why they hadn't started and why they lied to me, at first they denied the lie, then became combative, rude, and told me to take my vehicle elsewhere. I decided my money was better spent somewhere else. Although I can't speak to their actual work on vehicles, I urge you to spend your money elsewhere. There are plenty of good companies that will treat you respectfully and not lie to you.
