This place has really great deals on everything. However, their customer service sucks. Not to mention the people here are very un-professional. The employees here were talking about drugs and "relations" with random women out in the open on the sales floor. Not to mention that I paid in full for a set of 22'' wheels and tires on March 29, 2012 after the guys called and told me that my rims and tires that were ordered were finally in and ready tpo be installed. Drove to Mobile, AL from Birmingham, AL only to find out that only the rims were there with no tires. Upset, but not too ticked, I loaded up my rims to take them back to Birmingham. I have called countless times to check on the status of the tires that I have ALREADY PAID IN FULL for only to get fast talked and the guy tells me to call him back in 10 minutes and he never answers after that. Trying not to be a big bother, I attempted to only call once a week for the next 2 months, after this point, my phone calls were avoided. Now, their phone is disconnected and I am still without tires that I have already paid for almost 6 months ago. I DO NOT ADVISE DOING ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. MAYBE YOU WONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I MADE. Highly Disappointed Customer and Very UnHappy Person.
