I have had the absolute worst experience with Roto-Rooter. I do not recommend them at all and will never use their services again. They are a company full of scam artists and inexperienced plumbers. We had them come out on Monday to diagnose a problem with our main plumbing line. We were told over the phone it would only cost us $59 for them to diagnose the problem and if we were to have them fix the problem that fee would be wavered. My fiancé had been fiddling with the pipe all day with a 75 ft snake trying to unclog what he thought was a clog. Roto-Rooters technician, Odis, came out and took one look for a second and immediately went out to get his snake that was longer than ours. He never diagnosed the problem and just immediately assumed it was a clog even though he’s apparently an “expert.” After using the snake and it not working my fiancé went out and walked the line and saw water coming out of the pipe. My fiancé found the issues and then was told by Odis that our pipe was broken and it had tree roots in it?? Odis quoted us $650 to fix the problem. My fiancé decided to fix it himself by just replacing the cuppings.. cost us a total of $9 to fix this issue. No clog. No tree roots. No broken pipe. Just rotting couplings. We ended up paying Roto-Rooter $219 for absolutely nothing. Odis fixed nothing AND diagnosed the issue wrong. After speaking to multiple different people at root-rooter we ended up speaking to someone named Trey who was no help at all. We asked to speak to someone above him and he claimed no one was above him and that he “ran the show.” I have spoken to their actual manager now, Jonny, and he was very rude and defensive. He only felt it fair refunding us $60 of our money. It is clear that customer satisfaction does not matter to this company and that their employees come first and are always in the right according to them. Do not use this company.

After calling 3 companies who were listed above Roto-Rooter on the Yellow Pages to get answering machine (several hours still no call back), Roto-Rooter answered. I explained my emergency. The kind lady on the phone sympathized with me and worked to get a truck open. Their septic pump truck was at my house within 30 minutes. Two gentlemen, Marques and Benjamin worked diligently in a very professional manner. Thank you guys! Highly recommend this company.

Roto-Rooter at this address sent a plumber to 11271 Quinley Road on Tuesday. The young man's name was Trey Gardener. I want to commend the company for employing this fine young man. He was friendly, courteous, and very helpful. He did a great job, and did not leave the ground in disarray. He is a credit to Roto- Rooter, and I hope you will tell him so. Thank you,

Thank you Chipper and Trey for un clogging our drain! These men are true professionals and saved the day after 7 days of backed up drains and two other fly by night so called plumbing companies sent out by our home warranty company that didn't want to and know how to do their job! You guys were great! I am so pleased with the service we received and will always only use Roto rutter and recommend my friends and family use you also! The price was great too!

Tyler Stuckey & Colby McSpadden showed up right as the sun was going down, we didn't call for help until after 2:00 PM, and they worked until nearly 7:00 PM without complaining until the job was complete, pumping out our septic tank. Not only are they very good representatives for your company, they are also real gentlemen and we were truly impressed by their positive attitudes and professionalism. Roto Rooter's pricing was good and they were anxious to get our business. We are totally pleased and will use them again in the future and will refer them to others at every opportunity. Richard M. These guys are great. Showed up when another company bailed twice. Not only did they show up on time, they were courteous, clean, knowledgeable, and reasonable on their pricing. Will use them again!!!

I had a septic tank problem and I had Roto-Rooter of Mobile come out and check it out, it wound up being a problem that had occured during construction. They figured it out quickly, they had to redo the pipe at the back of the septic tank. Problem solved.

The guy was nice too.

WHEN I HAD ROTO-ROOTER AT MY HOUSE, THE JOB TURNED OUT TO BE A PAIN!! DESPITE ALL THAT, THE SERVICEMAN DID A FANTASTIC JOB. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND KEPT A POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND STAYED AT IT UNTIL IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF. THANKS!!

I WAS SO HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THAT ROTO ROOTER PROVIDED THEY WERE PROFFESIONAL, FRIENDLY, AND DID A GREAT JOB. I WILL MOST DEFINATLEY BE USING THEM IN THE FUTURE FOR ALL MY PLUMBING NEEDS:)
