This is my second time patronizing this bakery and I am very happy, great job!

I love the Chocolate Dobash Cakes. They are the best cakes you will ever eat.

For three consecutive months, Pollman's has misplaced our order for a birthday cake for our monthly staff birthday party. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was put on hold for nine minutes and when I finally did get a person on the phone, she refused to give me her name. Her attitude was cavalier and unfriendly. I feel Pollman's has extremely poor customer service. We will probably not order from Pollman's for quite some time.

Pollman's is the best bakery in South Alabama -- great birthday and specialty cakes. How other bakeries stay in business, I do not know.
