Provided by YP.comThey came out to fix my generator on 11/18 and said they needed to order a part.
I called them back 12/5 to see what happened. They said the part had just come in and they would be right out. They came out and worked and left without saying anything. I called back 12/7 and they said I would have to talk to the technician, they would have him call. I called back again 12/9 and they said they had talked to the tech, he replaced a part but he could not get it to start and that I needed to find another company to repair it or buy a new generator.
I told the lady I could not believe this and that I could not believe that they didn't call Generac for support.
I would not recommend these people to anyone. I called Generac, they recommend Baldwin Heating and Air, they came out and had it running in 30 minutes.
