We used a MB dealer in Birmingham for years...enduring an aura of snippy, highbrow acting by almost the whole staff. When MB quality got to a certain point, we made the switch to Jaguars and bought an XJ8 and XK8.Moving to the beach caused us to switch to the Mobile Jaguar dealer for service. In four years they have consistently outperformed, have always had a loaner car available, have always returned our cars clean, and have had a, "...how can we do more to please your service experience?" attitude.Their service department is the reason that we elected to buy an extended warranty (from them) when our factory warranties expired. No reason to buy a new car when we get such service from the dealer AND when the cars perform flawlessly for 4 years...

We've had our 2004 XJ8 and our XK8 serviced at the shop since we got them, and we couldn't have had better experiences EVERY time we went there.The staff is helpful. The loaner cars are brought out fairly quickly. The cars are delivered to us CLEAN (which is how they were taken in, so it's only fair, but still appreciated). The waiting room (which we rarely needed) is pleasant, stocked with good magazines, and always coffee or water.We used the MB dealer in Birmingham (with our MBs) prior to moving down to the coast, and the comparison between that dealership and this one are night and day. Jaguar cars don't break down, either .After 4 years, there is nothing I could offer as an improvement. The service dept is the reason we didn't sell the cars after three years...we now drive them on an Extended warranty that we bought from this Jaguar Dealer's F&I man...who also gets top marks for his attention, courtesy and sharp pencil!5 STARS, and we're happy to say it
