Once I met with Mike Breaux my roof replacement issues were solved. He lead me through every aspect, filing a claim, the adjuster, and processing the insurance documents, with expertise! His crew completed the removal and new roof installation in two days. They were sensitive to my landscape and very thorough with clean up. I have yet to find an errant nail! Thanks Mike and Jubilee roofing!!!

They are wonderful people from top management to workers!
However they do not seem to understand building code.
They do not also have the eye to match the color of shingles. Do not get his guys.

This review will consist only of the facts, so that each one may form his/her own opinion, but I feel obligated to comment on my experience. I apologize that it is not easily readable, but desire to keep my opinion out of this review.

Roof was put on and looked nice.
Price was good.
8 months after roof was put on, it started leaking in 4 places.
Many calls were made to the company; none were returned.
After a month, the roofer shows up at the house when only the wife of the home was present.
Roofer looked at the house from the outside and said it must have been coming in through the attic vents. (Roofer never looked in attic).
Homeowner begins to check in the attic during rain, and spots a leak in the middle of the roof, nowhere near the vents.
The roofers are contacted many times further for the next 4 months with no response.
Roofer responds after 4 months have passed and says he will fix it.
A worker is sent out at an appointed time and asks to see in the attic.
He sees obvious signs of the roof having leaked, but wants to come back when it’s raining to see it leak.
Homeowner asks if he can spray the roof with the hose while the roofing worker watches in the attic.
Roofing worker agrees, but says he will have to do it another time.
Another appointment time is set up and worker shows up. After spraying for nearly 30 minutes, the worker pinpoints the leak.
Worker says he will have to come back another day and fix the leak.
Roofer calls 3 days later and tells homeowner he will be out to silicone the leak.
Homeowner calls company and asks for the leak to be fixed correctly; company refuses.
Worker returns the next day to silicone the leak.
This happened 5 months after the leak started.
Old roof did not leak; new roof does.
Shingles are not keeping out water; silicone is.

I have had a wonderful experience with this company. The workers repaired damaged portions of my roof and fixed many problems that I have had with the previous roof to my satisfaction. The new roof is beautiful and I would not hesitate to contact this company for future roof problems. The price was well below what I had thought and the salesperson did all that he agreed to do. They made an old house look brand new..Thanks a lot Mr. Brumett

This company seemed to do a good job, but here we are about 8 months post roofing and we are experiencing leaks. I've tried to call the company and have left several message. But no one has returned any of my calls. If they call me back and remedy the situation then I will amend my opinion. But until then, let's just say a poor attempt at customer service.

This company did a great job on my roof. They were friendly and professional. They called me back every time I had a question. Daniel woods was very helpful to me.( an employee of jubilee). I would recommend that company to my friends.

Jubilee Roofing did a great job in replacing my old slate roof. They followed Mobile's Historic District's rules and regulations and received permission to proceed from the Historic District's Architectural Review Board. Jubilee replaced the roof by tearing it down to the deck, and replaced the bad decking before proceeding with the felt cover and finally three-tab shingles. The final result is even better than I imagined. They worked on it almost 12 hours each day and finished on schedule. The cleanup was fantastic as there were two layers of roofing they had to dispose of. Paul the owner delivered on every thing agreed beforehand and I definitely recommend doing business with Jubilee; I will again when the situation arises. And the price was very competitive!

Would definitely use these folks again. They were great to deal with. They were very responsive to all my requests from the initial quote to the final inspection. The roof looks great and they did a fabulous and professional job.

I got a good feeling about Paul Brumett the first time I spoke to him on the phone and I was happy that I was able to go with his quote for the work.
