Darry Shoemore provided us with excellent customer service every time we visited the store. We had a problem with an item we previously bought and he went above and beyond to replace the item. Will shop there in the future.

My family and I went into Hank's Fine Furniture on Friday, 02/12/16. We had the best salesperson ever. Darry went above the call of duty to assist us. He answered every question and made recommendations as I searched for the items I wanted. I could nor leave without purchasing something. Darry won salesperson of the year to me.

I purchased the Bliss Dark Brown Leather Power Loveseat and was extremely happy with the features, price and quality of the piece. The loveseat was ordered and I was given an expected delivery date. When this date was not met, the manager of the store immediately stepped in and made things right by delivering the floor model to my home to be used until my new loveseat was delivered. He was very polite and interested in making sure that I was happy with not only my purchase but also my overall buying experience at Hank's Furniture. This type of customer service and interest by the store manager has become a rarity but it can still be found at Hank's Furniture in Mobile, AL.

The furniture looks great, breaks after a few weeks. They wont fix it. Also after I financed some furniture and paid it off 2yrs ago they sent a bill recently for $2000...for something I paid for.....in full...2 yrs ago. Dont say no one warned you....IJS

I bought a sofa and livingroom set about a year ago from homeplace. they had to order the loveseat which was to be delivered to me around april the 17th my birthday. First of all they brought out the entirely wrong sofa and the loveseat dust cover was all busted outunder the bottom of the loveseat. i had to call them to fix it.the sofa finally came after about a week and a half. now the cushions on the sofa are worn down after only less than a year. they used the cheapest foam for the cushions. Even though I mostly sit on the other two cushions I expect it to hold up at least for a couple of years.

I can pretty much say the same thing except here we are over a month and I still have not received my furniture. Yes, I did purchase a sofa that had a built in bed and they said they were out of stock and told me they wouldn't have one in til the middle-end of april. It's now May, I'm calling today, if I don't recieve it by the end of this week I'm cancelling. The couches aren't anything fancy and the price lowered in price over $100 and never bothered to tell me. Good thing I went in to complain about the long wait or I would of never known...

I am not happy with the service that I have received regarding my purchase. We purchased a sofa and 2 matching recliners. We had to wait 7 days for delivery so they could get their money from our charge card company. They delivered the furniture and everything looked good but after sitting on one of the recliners there seems to be a problem with it. We called the store and was informed that they could do nothing and we had to call Home Place customer service, we did and was informed by someone that gave my husband an incorrect name that she would have to call him back. We have been waiting 24 hours now and have not heard a word. SO BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
