Absolute trash. Salesmen have no knowledge of any vehicle they are selling and just all around scammers

After shopping around for 2 months for a car. I was helped by Keith the salesman and have had great results after telling them what I had to put down and what I wanted my payments to be. Mike (the owner) even went as far as helping me with splitting up my down payment in 2 installments. And after going in for the second installment I was helped further by moving my payment up another month. Now, I can't speak as to why the other reviews are bad and am glad that I've had the help I have had with them but I'm very glad I did business with them. I have a son who had a Stroke at birth. And needs constant Dr. And Neurologist visits and was made sure that I was put in exactly what I wanted. Just communicate with Mike or Bruce and I think they will do all they can to get u in what you are looking for.

I purchased a car from credit america and after 15 days, it broke down on me. They gave me the runaround for 3 weeks, said they were going to fix it. Every attempt to speak to them it was new issues. Needless to say, they never fixed the car. They even made me tow it myself to their mechanic. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM WHATSOEVER IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM. If I were any one of my friends, I would STEER CLEAR from Credit America Auto

So I heard the commercial for Credit America and it sounded great, after about 5 calls going to the voicemail I finally spoke to a salesperson. The guy had very little knowledge of the advertising and when I started asking question about the down payments and requirements he started to argue with me and yelling! I would not recommend going there!!! Very Rude and lacks knowledge of company!! Smh
